Guarantees of the supplier. “Specifications” on Cleaning service of buildings and constructions “, point 9.

1. The Executor of service guarantees conformity of the given cleaning service and/or services in cleaning and/or other services to requirements of specifications in the volume to the contract on granting of services.
2. In a case when the Executor because of unforeseen conditions has no possibility to accomplish the service, the paid (listed) sums are subject to return, according to the current legislation.
3. The Executor has a responsibility for default or inappropriate accomplishment of services in front of the Customer according to the Law of Ukraine “About the Protection of the Rights of Costomers”
4. At attraction of the third parties the Executor reserves responsibility for granting of services.
