The adjoining territory

• The entrance group (trash removal with sweep and dustpan)
• The fa?ade granite (cleaning with water and granite cleaner)
• Central entrance (sweeping and bubble gums removing):
  • In summer it’s cleaned with hose and water
  • In winter it’s cleaned from snow and ice with spade and scraper
  • When it’s icy conditions on road it’s sprinkled with reagent, cleaned from snow and ice with spades and scrapers
  • While cleaning the central entrance bars, rubber rugs and vacuum cleaner are used, then the floor is cleaned with the damp mop
• Trash urns (trash removal, cleaning the outside with the damp rags and polishing it with the dry rags
• Household yard (preparing the full containers for removing, cleaning the empty containers with a brush and chlorinated cleaner, rinsing empty containers with water, sweeping the ground and washing it with the hose)
• Escalators (damp cleaning with the abrasive bast whisp for hard-to-reach places)

Works inside of the building

• Trash urns. Trash removal. Wiping the outside and lid of the urns with damp rugs, polishing it with a dry. The entrance door, show-windows are cleaned with washing solution and rubber scraper
• Cleaning the floor with the floor cleaning machine. The cleaner is put into the machine. Stains are cleaned with a damp mop after using the machine. The places which are difficult to reach are cleaned manually. Polishing of the non-rusting details is made with rugs and cleaners.
• Columns. They are wiped with damp rugs and cleaners for non-rusting surface
• Glass surface:
  • Show-windows. Cleaning with glass cleaner, from the end to the center, paying attention to the loops, locks, ornamental panels
  • Shelves. Damp cleaning with rugs and glass cleaner, from center to edges and backwards, paying attention on edges wiping
  • Mirrors. Damp cleaning with rugs and glass cleaners, from center to edges and backwards, paying attention on edges wiping
• Spaces before the elevators
• Dry and damp floor cleaning, wiping the plinth with the damp rugs
• Elevators (removing the finger-prints from the control board, wiping the mirrors, processing the walls surfaces)
• Washing the floor from the very far edge to the exit, from the plinth to the middle of the surface
• Bathrooms:
  • Trash bags replacing
  • Wiping the shed with cleaner
  • Lavatory pans, sinks are cleaned with cleaners and damp rags; tile, walls, mirrors are polished with rugs and cleaners
  • Rinsing of the all wall surfaces
  • The dust is cleaned with the dry and damp rugs from the all horizontal surfaces, and then wiped until it’s dry
  • Dry and damp floor cleaning
• Shops cleaning
  • Trash removal
  • Carpets covering cleaning
  • Polishing of the mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Removal the dust from the shelves
