Staff Professional Training

The Department of Staff Training was organized in our company as an independent link in January 2006. The experienced specialists of different cleaning, technologists and consultants work in the Department. They have a big work experience in the staff training and developing of cleaning methods. That’s why they successfully train qualified staff, who can work at the objects of different complexity.

Department functions:

• Providing the constant increasing of professional knowledge level and skills of employees
• Providing the effective education of the all categories of employees
• Preliminary education, education for category increase, and also the seminars and practical trainings about new cleaning technologies, novelties of techniques and cleaners. The education is held in the modern training-center, where there’re all necessary methodical manuals and equipment
• Providing the system to help the new employees to adapt
• Analysis of the results and the efficiency of the education, working out the offers on perfection forms and methods of training and improvement of professional skill, measures on elimination of lacks
