The Foreigners Filled the Ukrainian Market, “Delo”, №16, the 4th of February 2008

As Vojchek Cviatkovskij, the personal financial consultant of the Impel S.A. manager, told to Delo, the part of Ukrainian party in the joint venture is 39%, the part of foreigners – 61%.

“It was planned an equal partnership”, Vitalij Opanasiuk, the general manager of Impel Griffin Group, explains, “But we let the main part of profit for the ability to sell our part and get out of business any moment after the reaching of our tasks.”

Impel S.A. was interested in Ukrainian market first of all because of its prospects.

“The Ukrainian market of cleaning services is developed badly”, Vojchek Cviatokovskij says, “The number of potential clients, which need the professional cleaning service, is rapidly growing”.
Except for the financing, the Polish party presents the equipment and new technologies, the system of staff training and special conditions of suppliers, what let making the cleaning services 5-7% cheaper.

“Right now the cleaning market is very dynamic and self regulating: the companies go on the new level of service or just disappear”, Iryna Kladko, the marketing and commercial department manager of Shaden Group, notices. As for appearing of new company, the Shaden Group specialists think, that amalgamation won’t affect the Ukrainian cleaning market, at least the few next years.

“First of all because the Griffin Group is working at Ukrainian market since 2002”, Ms. Kladko says, “You could have estimated the possibilities of the market for that time and serve the big objects.”
