Kyiv, 14th of July 2009. The representatives of the cleaning company ‘Shaden Group’ announced about the soon finish of the afterconstruction cleaning of the five-star hotel InterContinental Kiev, which is developed by ‘Jaroslaviv Val’ (“Ярословов Вал”).

It’ll be the third international hotel brand used our service, and third international hotel brand represented on Ukrainian market.
In 2007 the company did the afterconstruction cleaning service to the five-star hotel ‘St. Sofia Hyatt Regency’ (234 rooms, hotel operator – ‘Hyatt International’).
At the beginning of 2007 the company did the afterconstruction cleaning of the four-star hotel ‘Podol’s Riviera’ («Ривьера на Подоле»), which has 80 rooms and is managed by the company-developer ‘Jaroslaviv Val’.

In 2005 the after reconstruction cleaning of the four-star ‘Radisson SAS Hotel’ (225 rooms) was finished.

According to the data, the whole hotel area cleaned by our employees is 90 thousands m2.
60% of that is a room area, 20% – restaurant, caf?, beauty shops, fitness centers and swimming pools area, 15% – household premises area and 5% – facades.

Shaden Group has been working in the non-manufacturing business since 2001 and is in the first numeral five leaders of Ukrainian cleaning market.

Having this precious hotel cleaning experience, Shaden Group is planning to do the set of jobs concerning the afterconstruction cleaning of hotels. Their construction and reconstruction should have been finished until the beginning of ‘Euro-2012’.
