The call-center operators take your order for express cleaning. They either tell you everything you want to know about it or connect you to the manager. After the order estimation and setting the appropriate time for it you’ll deal with the Express service department. It’ll be direct executor of works.

Express service department is doing all kinds of cleaning jobs.

Its functions are:

  • Providing a timely qualitative service, even when it concerns the most difficult works
  • Providing the service the day it was ordered

The Express service department consists of teams under the direction of the manager. Only the best employees who showed themselves very well during their education work in the team. It gives us confidence that each Customer will receive the best results of our job.

When the team arrives to the object, manager calls to the Customer to report about their readiness to start working. Manager should examine the object, specify the spot for placing equipment and cleaners, and specify the placement where the workers can change.

Before the beginning of works the manager should specify the volume of tasks, desirable result and time given for works performance. Afterwards manager gives the tasks to workers and instructs them about its performance and describes the desirable result of the job.

Then manager instructs the team about details of the job, order of the tasks performance and terms. Just after that the team can start working.

When the job is done, it should be checked by the employee of Quality department. If the results of the checking are positive, the job can be checked by the Customer.
